Steven Holsten was again caught stalking children in a park near his tailer park home in Kennett Missouri (611 W 9th StKennett, MO).
Steve being a known sexual predator by the police was detained at the police station for 48 hours but was released because of lack of evidence. Stated one parent of Steve's victims, "If someone would take the fat useless shit out back the police station and beat his fat ass bloody this would stop!"

convictions, Steve was allowed to plead to the lesser charges. Originally he was charged with
kidnapping and attempted lewd acts with a minor. Still, Steve was given 2000 hours of community service and was forced to register as on Missouri's role of sex offenders.
